Today was the 2005 Lawson Lundell LLP Labour & Employment Law annual client seminar. My co-presenter and I did a presentation entitled, "Non-Culpable Termination and Accommodation", where we provided on overview of: culpable conduct vs. non culpable conduct; the duty to accommodate, and; the ability to terminate employment for non-culpable conduct.
